Provide regular cleaning and turn-down services for all hotel rooms. Responsibilities also include restocking supplies and delivering items to guest rooms.

Ensure all lobbies and public facilities such as restrooms, computer kiosks, the front desk, and offices remain neat and clean throughout the course of the day.

Provide general assistance to the entire housekeeping department, working alongside staff to provide cleaning and maintenance duties, as well as scheduling shifts.

Ensure the hotel is properly maintained on a regular basis, inspect areas of the hotel regularly to ensure safety standards are met, and oversee renovation projects as needed.

Transport luggage for guests as they arrive or depart the hotel, attend the main entrance door to welcome or send off guests, and arrange and manage transfers.

Greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner, check guests in and out of their rooms, distribute room keys, answer questions, and process payments.

Handle all end-of-day tasks, including balancing reports, processing guest payments, reconciling front desk cash drawers, and preparing invoices for the next day.

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, wash dishes and flatware, sweep and mop floors, and clean and detail kitchen equipment on a daily basis.

Serve plates, glasses and silverware to guests, remove dirty plates and deposit them in the kitchen for washing, refill beverages as needed, and clean off tables.

Provide food and beverage service to guests according to hotel standards, while presenting a courteous demeanor at all times to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Attend to customer needs, assist wait staff, keep all areas clean and sanitary, ensure all stations are well stocked, clean and put away dishes, and take out the trash.

Take guest orders for drinks and snacks, plan and present bar menu, serve snacks and drinks to guests, check identification, clean off bar, and clean glassware.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all banquet rooms, hallways, and storage and service areas; oversee event support staff; and prioritize work assignments.

Deliver food and drinks to guests at events, serve food, and set up and break down events while providing courteous, professional, and friendly customer service to guests.

Plan, prepare, and cook food according to the highest quality service standards for guests, and ensure a clean, sanitized, well-stocked, efficient, and organized kitchen.

Clear all trash, weeds, brush, and debris from hotel grounds, water all plants and flowers, and provide weeding, mulching, and tree trimming when necessary or as directed.

Provide maintenance of the hotel golf course, including mowing the greens, tees, landscaped areas, and clubhouse lawn. Also, maintain waterways, cart paths, and restrooms.

Manage recreational activities, including overseeing maintenance of recreational equipment, enforcing company safety policies, organizing activities, and cleaning rental items.

Ensure the pool, patio furniture, and facilities are clean and safe, welcome guests to ensure safety and comfort, and provide guests with towels, shade, and refreshments.

Provide general administrative support to hotel staff to improve guest experiences. Responsibilities include clerical and administrative tasks, such as answering telephones.

Enter, track, and retrieve information in hotel databases, update records and files, manage reservations, verify information, and answer questions from hotel guests.

Track revenue and expenses, organize financial statements, manage payroll, conduct financial audits, complete daily financial reconciliation, and report financial information.

Maintain strong connections with clients, call on prospects to solicit business, outline available hotel facilities and services offered, and quote prices to customers.
